We have AutoDesk true view 2010 and 2016 on a machine (sequenced applications). When we launch Autodesk 2016 shortcut, customer involvement program is being launched. While sequencing the appplication and testing locally I did not get this. I know that there is a registry entry to disable it, but I would like to know if it is because of both the versions present on a machine.
