Dinamic Blocks to unique blocks

Hi all,

my boss doesn't like me to use dynamic blocks.

So I need a function that selects all the dynamic blocks in the drawing and convert them to normal block. Of course keeping the transformations that have been edited in each dynamic block.

So each final block created should have a unique name. (View .dwg and note that when a dynamic block has the same length and height, it would be impressive if those blocks had the same name. Like unique_2 into .dwg.)
