Delete scale list for default from edit scale, and I open file it appears again

Hi, I am cleaning the scale list that appears for default, and after I proceed to customize my scales, why when I deleted default list, it appears again? under format 1:100, 1:50 and my list 1:100_1, 1:50_1, I attach file jpg to see best the problem.

 maybe that will work?
