Convertpstyles and AcCoreConsole

AcCoreConsole doesn't seem to recognize the converpstyles command (unknown command).  Are there any work arounds?  Thank you.  ACAD 2019.

I will not be of much assistance, but to get the obvious out of the way, are you using 

CONVERTPSTYLES

or 

CONVERPSTYLES

That command is not available in the core version.

a) Use Acad.exe to do this

  or

b) write a program to copy the whole file content to another file (which is set up for ctb or for stb - what you need).

Thanks.  I ended up running acad.exe, which got the job done.  I'll keep alt b) in my back pocket.
