Converting lines to polylines without removing constraints

Is there a way to convert regular lines to polylines and keep the constraints currently imposed on the normal lines? Or is there a way to change the thickness of a normal line? I've finished a drawing using normal lines and figured I would change the line thickness once it was finished since I was going to have to make changes along the way. Now I am finished and cannot find a way to change the thickness of the lines without converting to polylines and losing all of my constraints.

Perhaps changing the line weight value may work?

Don't forget to switch on the display light weight icon.

If printing, remember to check the box to print with Lineweight values.
