Convert Points to Blocks

Hi Everyone, Looking for a way to convert multiple points in an AutoCAD drawing to an AutoCAD Block...... Anybody have a suggestion or routine out there that will do this?? Using AutoCAD Map 2004. Thanks, Ryan

If you mean replace each point with a block then MAPEXPORT followed by MAPIMPORT can do that. Have the same problem but could not find the command MAPEXPORT in acad 2014!

That command wouldn't be in regular AutoCAD.  This would be an easy enough thing to make a routine to do, but some questions:

All Points [I assume you're talking about Point entities] in the entire drawing, or would the User select the ones they want?

A Block with or without Attributes?

Keep the Points or delete them [I assume delete if the OP's use of "convert" is applicable for you]?

Blocks inserted at default scale of 1 and rotation of 0, or somehow otherwise?

These commands are the part of verticals Civil, MEP... not vanilla AutoCAD. For that you can try this routine...
