Most of the contributors here make some or all of their income from code writing.
One way to find services is to describe your project here, then ask for proposals or help.
Another is to use a web search engine, like Google, with a search string like:
+autolisp services
and compare the hits to the contributors seen here;
however, search engines report based on the site size and contributions to the search engine,
so they are not conclusive.
And, local services can be more effective, especially if data security is required.
