Command Description displaying when typing in command shortcut

Morning all,

 

I'm hoping this is an easy one but I can't find the answer anywhere.

 

How do you display a description of what the command is when Autocad lists them when you start to type it in (see image).

That's related to the ALIASes defined in the PGP file. It's automatic and can't control whether you want to show or hide them.

PL is an alias, and PLINE is the command's full name.

 

If you want something similar for your custom routines, name them with the full name and then create a short alias.

 

You can edit the PGP file directly or use the built-in editor:
