Hello,
Most of the text in my company's drawings are in a mix of .shx and .ttf fonts in a mix of text styles. We would like to be able to take an existing set of drawings and quickly change all of the text to the same .ttf font (in simple text objects and blocks). I have found some LISP code (attached) that does this for one drawing that I am able to use with a script to change all of the drawings in an AutoCAD Electrical project, but it changes all of the block text back to its default layer and position. Is there a way to change all of the text to the same .ttf font without changing the text layer and position? If this can be accomplished somehow with third party software, I am also open to that, if such a thing exists.
If you need any additional information, please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Matthew Prichard
