Change the color of word having spelling error or underline that text

Hi All,

Spell command will highlight the word having error, but when we close spell command, all highlighted error will disappear and TEXT will become normal.

My requirement in the project, is related to checking and reviewing the design drawing.
I need to change the color of spelling error text or underline it for further action,

I am going to plot to PDF for further review.

Any quick solution or suggestion is highly appreciated

Regards,
Rajesh

Well, then use the PDF Editor's spell check.

That only works if he's using TTF's.

Any text using a .shx font will not be recognized as text.

but even then i would personally just export all text to a file, check that file with word or something and read back the corrected text.

Or even just for marking the text, i'ld use the PDF comments & markup options. (especially in this case, as you (OP) are already using a PDF for further reviewing.)

The one (person) to process the review, can even use it (the PDF comment system) to quickly find them, solve them (& mark them as such inside the PDF) & even add comments. (like a reason why it wasn't solved for example)

This (doing it all in acad with lisp) sounds as way to cumbersome for me. 'cause you'll need to "undo" all the markups too, after the text was corrected, while far better alternatives are readily available.

Hi Roland,
Thanks for providing alternative way.

Autodesk should think about providing checkbox  option in Spell Check dialog, (Marked for further Review), Change color or something for that word.

OR

Exposed Spell functionality to developer by providing method/function

Like user will provide Text OR MText OR Mleader Text  AND Dictionary (Standard OR Custom),  It will provide list of word having spelling error.

I am expecting that above feature will help many AutoCAD users who is following OCRA process. (Originator / Checker / Reviewer and Approver) in their design activity. Open for your reviews.....

Regards,

Rajesh
