I found some code in the forum that allows you to freeze and thaw layers in xref drawings but is seems to only work on the layers that are visible within the current layer property filter which is set to exclude xref layers. I have over 75 drawings that need to have their property filter reset to All before I can run the Batchfreeze/Batchthaw code.
I am working on writing something that works on open drawings but I am not sure how to get it to run on a selected group of drawings.
