Change Command Line Color Based on OSNAPZ Variable

I swear I saw this somehwhere but I cannot find it again.

I want the color of the command line to change based on whether OSNAPZ is set to 0 or 1.

I do know about (setvar "MODEMACRO" "OSNAPZ = $(getvar, osnapz)"). That works but I want something even more immediately recognizable.

That's where I saw it! Thanks.

I had also forgotten I had tried it and that it didn't do what I wanted, exactly. Use of aerial photography renders the background color switch more-or-less obsolete. Also, the viewport control text color does not seem to be remembered and it disappears as it reverts to black on a black background.

Not complaining, really, as it is a free app. But I wrote to JTBWorld and asked for a switch to the command line color based on OSNAPZ.

...Unless anyone wants to tackle this and post a solution...

I know a little LISP but this is beyond me.
