Can AutoLisp run on Acad LT?

I'm looking for an affordable way to run a library of AutoLisp routines, for a scientific research application.   

I couldn't afford Autocad but LT is possible.   To enable AutoLisp on Acad LT 2010 I found 'StrucPLUS' could do it, but apparently not for later versions.    Are legacy versions of Acad LT possible to get??

There are however other CAD packages that can run Autolisp routines

Start a study or become a teacher!

 But seriously, as you mention: scientific research

IF that's not for a regular profit company, but a research center or something like that, you might actually be able to get a free license.
