Can anybody please share layer filters creations in Autocad from Excel as shown

I used to create layer filters from Excel input to autocad from one lisp program in my past company. But I lost that lisp programme. If you have such type of program, can you please share me. Please have a look on attachments.

Dear Sir,

Yes I am sharing all lisp codes whatever I have till now. Please refer to attached ZIP File to find Hundreds of Lisp codes those I am using till now. I am always open to share my knowledge and the lisp codes 

The attachaed ZIP file has hundreds of Files, those I have kept in a nice order.
