Im working about translate En to other language. So I need to share my AutoLisp with anyone. It translates with Google Translate and Import to Excel. I have attached guide for using also.

For a start, if you precede all command and option names within AutoLisp functions with an underscore character, no translation is needed at least for those -- the English names will be understood by any language version of AutoCAD.

(command "_.layer" "_make" "YourLayerName" "_color" 1 "" "_ltype" .....

Like @Kent1Cooper use a macro to change your lisp code. Can record a macro in Word, Excel or Notepad++ sure there are more. Just change a certain word.
