Break/Divide Polyline with block insert point

anyone can share me the lisp that divides polyline with insert point, please?

sorry I forget to explain.

when use measure or divide, generally is for do segments with equal length or distance.

but I already have a drawing with blocks inserted in polylines( image above and file attached). but I need to divide that polyline just where was inserted the block. I think command MEASURE or DIVIDE can not do this.

Kent's BOAB routine HERE  seems to be perfectly fine for the job.
