Block with Auto Levels by using Field (Auto update Axis in same drawing)

Dear Experts,

I have attached one drawing, there is Block for Auto Level from world UCS, But If I have Different Axis This Auto Level is not Taking the Zero Value according to New Axis, rather it is always getting the Zero Value from origin (World UCS Axis).  Can some one Generate Code which help me to use New Axis by just clicking the line for Zero Value. or Can some one help me to make new block for other angles. For better understanding my question i have attached CAD File.

Does the block have to use a field ? When you insert a block its easy to get "Closestpointto" say the green line and add the distance, insert point to new point, to the line level.

the issue is that, The Field by default placed in the block is taking the values from World Axis Y Direction. So when i am placing same block in angular line Its calculating the values based on World Axis. i am not able to change the axis for each block within one cad file. Is there any way if i can change the Axis including 0.0 based on green line (shown in sample file) Even creating different blocks for different angle will work for me.

Editing the Field or Generating New Field following the new ucs origin is possible???

So i can make set of blocks with different Field according to UCS.

As I said in message 2 it is easy to get the distance between say a block and a line in any direction but it will not be field answer. Are you happy to go that way.

partially yes, but i think field is must, because sometime i have to move the column up or down, so if we place field, it will automatically update the values and without field i have to replace block every time when there is any change. which can be missed any time.
