Automatically Incrementing Copied Numbers on Paste

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for help in creating a LISP code that can automatically increment copied numbers on paste. For example, if I copy the number 2 and paste it, the pasted result should be 3.

I'm not very familiar with LISP and would appreciate any help to achieve this.
