AutoCAD Fatal Error - Unhandled e06d7363h

Hi Team!

I have a user in our business using AutoCAD 17, and when ever he tries to edit a large drawing, the app crashes and produces the fatal error.

I was wondering if anyone has seen this error before, or if anyone is able to take a look at the error report ( CER_149576789 ) and let me know if there is a driver issue, as I have seen a lot of posts regarding fatal errors and drives.

Thanks in advance

Did you include an email with your CER?  Autodesk asks permission for you to send the error report and also gives you an opportunity to be informed of the problem but only if you include an email.

In the meantime, I would suggest opening the drawing with the recover command.  This isn't really a customization issue though and should probably be in the AutoCAD forum.

It reads like this is happening with multiple large drawings, indicates either a systemic problem, such as each of the larger drawings contain a block from a bad source.  Or, and  most likely, a local problem with the install / PC.  The simplest thing to do first is run the Reset Settings to Default.  But if the problem persists, as a test, log in as a different user, preferably Admin and test AutoCAD with the large drawings.  If the problem goes away, then remove the user's windows profile and build a new one.  If the problem continues, it may be hardware related.
