Why you asking again, because of another Product (2023 instead 2022)?

If so: You don't need to ask for 2024,2025,2026,2027 and so on. It will be every time the same.

Answer:

1. For files from outer : It is impossible.

   You can take every file and change all things, because of this - it is impossible to say what the real source dwt was.

2. Some Files are neither nor acad.dwt or acadiso.dwt, and some file are create without any dwt file..

3. This is not your real task/job/issue - you ask the wrong question.
