Auto number text with text selection

Hi All, does anyone know of a LISP (not an APP) where I can select existing text and increase the text?

I have found alot of automatic number increase LISP's out there, but all of these will "place" the text and not allow me to pick existing text. The reason I ask for a LISP routine is because with a LISP, I will have to have an outside source (company who manages our computers and network) to install the APP, where-as, if its a LISP, I can appload it myself to my computer.

Please help, this lisp is very useful, but I want to add 100 multiples like ..

1+100

1+200

1+300

1+400 

(in attribute i want to add 100+, 200, 300, 400, 500 multiples like that. please revised and reply me.
