Arranging multiple polylines inside a polyline

I have few polylines in a drawing. I want them to be arranged to the standard sheet size available in the market.

Please check the image below.

I want to know the good way to handle this. I created bounding box for each piece but it is not working in some area as i marked in the image below, How to check if there is enough space for next piece? if there is no enough space move to next sheet.

I tried the code. Circle is not fitting inside the polygon even though there is space. I will try to update the code to match my requirement. if I am stuck, will come back here.

Also, The  boundary rectangle needs to be created until no nesting polygon. will try that as well.
