Do any one have a lisp which can arrange the circle based on there size such that the biggest block are at the bottom and other small blocks are above them. The arrangement shall look like the image provided. Here the arrangement is done such that the small circles are placed in between the area formed above the big blocks. The arrangement shall form trifoil or triangle. There are two constrains that the total length shall not be more than 1000 and total height shall not be above 100. Means the block shall be arranged in a imaginary rectangle of size 1000x100 mm
