APP's not loading, "ADD-IN" missing from menu bar

I really did something to my AutoCAD. I am running Acad 2020. I am no expert on customization, I know enough to get most things to work and fail at other things.

I downloaded some APP's from AutoDESK. All ran fine except one "MathewRaeTitleBlockUpdate"

While troubleshooting why it did not load, I ran into a two suggestions:

1. Download the fix for this, which is some .crx file - Did not help.

2: "Reset settings to default" ( I wish I would not have done this)

It took my AutoCAD back to factory settings and I wasn't able to get it back to normal.

I reached out to the developer of the APP and have not heard back.

I uninstalled all the APPs then re-installed them.

When I get into AutoCAD, I do not even have the "Add-In" menu to look for the APPs I have downloaded.

I do not know why none of them are loaded up?

I have searched internet extensively, and cant come up with a solution.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Tip: Never install APP's not compatible with your version of ACAD.

Sounds like you have to re-do all your customisation. It might even be better to reinstall your autocad, as it might get you more as 'factory default'.

as for the missing "ADD-IN"...

Right click on the menubar, go to Show Tabs and see if its checked, do so if not.

Thanks all for your replies. I ended up figuring it out, the right click on the menu-bar as rolandr71 stated above.
