Align every character of layer name text to polyline with left and right side

Align every separate character of the layername  text to the polyline, polyline curve or its will be different angles. So Align Every characters which will be overall look like it is in mid of polyline. and most probably getting error in left and right of polyline offset when we are creating program.

I saw this on lee mac but its a full text and i am doing it for every character of the text coz which polyline i got, it have too much vertexes and that is is only sample of curve.
