Adding elbow to pipe

if i select 2 block (pipe) with is overlapped , can we just add an elbow there by lisp as per attached screen short (as per the orientation and same layer) , sample dwg attached

Do you want it drawn or can a block be used? Does the gap vary in size? If so with scale or with pipe size or some other way?
