AcDbGripOverrule::getGripPoints System.ArgumentException: 'An item with the same key has already been added.'

Hi, 

I am getting Exception while calling AcDbGripOverrule::getGripPoints, exception says 'An item with the same key has already been added.'

How can I resolve this, or how can I add checks for same keys to avoid this.
