2014 Causes attribute window to appear during "-nsert"

This did NOT happen in 2013.  I have a lisp that is create a string of text based on numerous variables in the drawing, that when I write the code to use the "-insert" command, it would generate a text for me.

Now in 2014, the "Enter Attribute" dialogue box appears, an the user has to type in the information manually.  There must be a variable to trun this off to go back to the 2013 way.

Variable ATTREQ to "0" is not the answer in this case.

Try setting ATTDIA to 0

Bloody hell.

I typed "ATT" at the command prompt for all of the options to appear and choose, but it was not an option.
