vehicle tracking licence

hi i have just downloaded the AutoCAD civil 3D software with the additional Vehicle Tracking but when i click on a number of options (i.e. Parking bays) i get a notice that says:

' FAILED TO RETRIEVE AUTODESK VEHICLE TRACKING LICENCE (ERROR CODE)'

What do i do so i can start using all the options?

Is this a stand-alone or network install? Vehicle Tracking has its own .lic file.

Its network install, it lets me access some parts of it but not all. So wondering why it wont let me add or use the parking bay tools

What version of Civil 3D/ Vehicle Tracking are you using?

When you installed AVT you should have been presented a dialog box that ask if it is stand alone or network and you have to enter the license and product key here.

I suggest uninstalling and try again and be sure to do this
