I've been working on this for two days now, and I'm becoming rather frustrated. Every time I add a new trailer and try to edit the couplings it crashes. In some cases the diagram in the wizard doesn't actually match the dimension I'm editing.
Worst of all I have to erase everything from the drawing, make an edit, then create another path to see the result of each edit.

Steve,
Is there anyway that you can create a screencast of how you are editing vehicles. I have just done a few quick tests and cannot get the editor to crash.

Edit a copy of an existing vehicle. Add a trailer and then attempt to edit the coupling of that new unit. Crashes every time.

Steve,
I can reproduce the crash on our end and have logged a product defect with the steps. In the mean time there is a simple work around, instead of adding the unit in the explorer view, select the vehicle and use the advanced editor to add and edit the unit.

Hi All,
I am creating a custom Super Quad Vehicle in the app and am also having a crash issue when I try and add my last trailer. I have successfully add 7 units, but every time I add my 8th unit it crashes as soon as I try to close and save. Is there a limit to the amount of units you can add to one vehicle?
Does Nigel's work around of using the Advanced Editing tools make any difference?
I see that you are using a combination of hitch types. What happens if you make them all drawbars?
Edit: This did end up working ! Striaght to the edit with advanced editor. Thank you
