How to edit path numbers - visibility, size etc

Path numbers (blue and circled) are too big and repeated to frequently for my liking. How do I change this?

In the properties editor I can't see any option to change the size or frequency although I can choose to turn the path numbering off altogether.

That's the trick though - What setting? Where? Does one even exist?

It's not where I'd expect it to be: Drawing Settings (or Report Properties) > Reports > Construction Lines > Path > Edit.

I can turn it off but not adjust size nor frequency.

I should say this is on v2021.

Looks like "it is what it is" for the most part.

Thanks. I appreciate the response. At least I can stop looking now.

What a baffling "solution", though! Where did you find it? ChatGPT?

The gist of it is: "The path number size is fixed but by increasing the size of other text this will give the impression that the path number is smaller when compared with the other text". Yes. But no, not really.

Oh well, time to submit a futile feature request to AutoDesk.

Google's AI, Gemini, is more focused on getting answers from web searches and presenting top answers in a summary. Not too far from what Google Search is best at IMHO.
