2018 missing vehicle library

We just installed 2018 and Update 2 and when I open my Vehicle Library Explorer I only have a fraction of the vehicles I should have.

Any Ideas on how to get all the default vehicles?Library.png

I am running VT2018.2 without any issues, so far.  If your environment isn't loading all of the libraries you can probably try and load them up manually.  All of the libraries seem to be loaded from here;  C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vehicle Tracking 2018\Library

I would try to manually load them back and after they are all in there it should hold the setting and load with your next session.   In turn you could take this opportunity to only load the libraries that you really need to use and forget the others.  I'm in NJ and will probably never use a Peruvian Design Vehicle, so I choose to close that library and narrow down to only items that we use in our day to day operations.

hope this helps you out.

Ouch.  Well that explains why you are only showing what you are in the Explorer.   I would first try and run a repair install and if that doesn't bring them back.  Do a full uninstall of VT and look and see if this folder is removed from your system.  If not, delete it and then run the installer again.  That should bring in a fresh install of the program data folder.

I have just had this issue reported by a in-house user, not sure the exact cause.

I would uninstall Vehicle Tracking, re-install the earlier version, backup the "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Vehicle Tracking 2018\Library" folder, install the update and then restore backed up the folder by copying the old folder over the top, but do not replace the newer files.
