VBA to VB.NET migration macro

Hi, i am new to AutoCAD developer society, and i need to migrate VBA script to VB.net program to distribute.

i've learnt a converting macro, called magic macro VBA_to_VB6_Converter2013.dvb, is available on

the page below (Japanese),

but the file is not linked.

can anybody give me the direction?
