I wish to create simple specification driven piping application. I should be able to select line size from userform & then draw 3D piping along with piping fittings. I also wish to generate piping isometrics drawings out of 3D model. Can someone help me understand , how any 3D piping modelling software generates piping isometric drawings from 3D model ?? I know plant 3D software does extra ordinary job, but I wish to create one of my own software for custom needs. Thanks you all for kind help.
