When I try to perform a Record Set Update (rs.update) I get a run-time
error
-2147467259(80004005). The same program works on other computers. I have
two clients running Windows 98 2nd Edition Side by Side with the same
settings and exact same VBA program. It works on one and not the other.

try reinstalling mdac_typ.exe on the machine that is not working.
