Shell execute and download

I am using the shell execute to go to a url and download a file using

ShellExecute(0&, "Open", sURL, 0&, 0&, State)

does anyone know how to get the location a file was downloaded to. I have
another option to use WinInet and browse for a dir but the download it
transparent and you can't see the progress. I have one the shows the
download but doesn't return the destination dir and one that downloads/shows
dir but doesn't tell you what is happening.

Anyone work with this?

Thanks

I will stay with the URLDownload because I don't see a better way...except
for .Net Download.
