Run Time Error- please help

When I try to run the routine I get a runtime error. Routine attached.

Invalid arguement bstrName Insert Block

I have gone to the tools references and used the object libary below for Excel97.

Microsoft Excel 9.0 Object Libary

Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong, Ive only being using VBA for 6weeks so please put any answers in basic terms!
