Problem with dimensions, multileaders and text styles

Hi

I'm working on drawing standard for company that I work with. Problem is that when I made styles for dimensions, multileaders, text etc they not fallow changes in global scale of drawing.

I need to have some support with it. Is it possible to have meeting at Skype for business where I can share screen and explain problem in detail way?
