Does anyone have any procedures for plotting in 2000i visual basic? The
documentation I have is vague. What I am trying to do is plot with plot
configurations, and not layouts, and to set all the settings found in the
plot dialog box. Including .ctb, .pc3, scale, etc... (if i could just load
a named page setup from another drawing this would be great too!)

Thanks for any help or suggestions,
Edward

Hi;

I'm trying to create a plot-module but I have a problem with
the papersizes.
When I'm using the GetCanonicalMediaNames Method I'll
get a list of papersizes. Something like this:
User283
User282
User281
User280
User256
User278
User277
User276
and so on....

When I'm also using the GetLocaleMediaName Method I'll
get a list like this.
ISO A1 (594 x 841 mm)
ISO A3 (297 x 420 mm)
ISO A4 (210 x 297 mm)
and so on...

My question is:
What is the differce between GetCanonicalMediaNames and GetLocaleMediaName
method?
Is there a way to know if User283=ISO A1 (594 x 841 mm) or something like
that?

CanonicalMediaNames are the standard names give to paper sizes. Use the
SetCanonicalMediaNames to set the paper size in your drawing. The
LocaleMediaName us the display name that is shown to the user.
