Please wait while Window configures AutoCAD 2007...?

What is going on...
I am in Excel VBAIDE... every time I try to access a topic in the on-line help... my system pops a wait dialog...
it tells me to please wait while windows is configuring AutoCAD....

This is AutoCAD 2007

We had a similar issue with Outlook VBA - AutoCAD 2007, and doing a Repair
installation of Microsoft Office took care of it.

I always install Office first then AutoCAD and have had no problems.

I get that same problem with Autocad 2005. a repair in office usually fixes it.
