How can I export 2000i drawings as PDF?

You would have to link your drawing file to a Word document then convert it
to PDF. You don't start a blank PDF document but rather convert an existing
document to PDF format.

Actually there is a couple of programs available. Of course the best one is
probably from adobe, but there is a free one called 5D toPDF that acts like a
printer. I think this is where I got it http://www.ctrlp.com/

Install a PDF printer(Adobe or 5D PDF) and print to it as any other printer.

You're welcome. And there is one other free one called FreePDF that is a
bear to set up but works quite well:
