Multiview Blocks by VBA

Hello guys!

Is there a way to create and manipulate civil3D multiview blocks by a VBA code?

While one can use VBA to insert multiview block reference as if it is regular block, there is no way, as far as I know, there is no COM API (used by VBA) exposed to create/manipulate multiview block definition, as the .NET API for Acad AEC vericals (Arch/C3D/MEP) exposes.
