hi,
this problem is common,because when u run your vba prog for the first time it will add the new menu group whatever you have given name in your prog,but when you run it second time since you are not changing your menu name in prog appearence of error message is common. The same prob occurs when you define a new tool bar through vba prog.
To solve this prob you can do two things
First as i have alredy mentioned apart form running your prog for the first time whenever u run change the menu name in the prog.
Secondly if u donot want that , you have close AotuCAD session and reopen.
