Load a popmenu??

I've been banging my head against the window for about 30 minutes now... I've got a partial menu (MyMenu) with one pop menu (POP1). How do I add POP1 to the pull-downs at the top??!?! Look at the "InsertInMenuBar" method of the "PopUpMenu" object...
