Hii,
Could I know the Xrefs' full paths that exist in a dwg file without opening
the file into autocad or haveing AutoCAd running in the bachgrouond?!!!
Could I?!

I don't think there is a way accept for opendwg and I hear that isn't easy
to use.

Otherwise you can you ObjectDBX but that requires and session of AutoCAD.
