Is it possible to dispaly a userfrom at all times?

My nomenclature may be a bit incorrect but I would like to use AutoCAD 2002
VBA to create a box that is always visible. That is to say, you can work in
AutoCAD and the form will stay visisble and active. Is that what is called
a modeless dialog and is it possible with my tools?

TIA

Now Bernard, I can't believe that you ask me that?

Of course it works, but so that you don't
think that I'm just blowing smoke, I attached
an example.

Oooooooohhhhh, it's caveat time.

This only works on 2000i and higher
because the version of VBA must be 6.

Unforturnately, 2000 and below are VBA5

Is there anyway to make it dockable as well?

Eric Stewart had this to say:

Nope. Denis Gagne once had a control you could place on a user form to site
it in the dockable containers provided by ACCONT.ARX. As I remember, he
never quite got all the kinks out of it. If you can find him, you can ask
him if it's still available.

It doesn't work correctly in VBA unless you're using the
AcFocus control.

Modeless user forms can't keep the focus unless they use AcFocusCtrl.dll.
Very annoying problem.

A modeless form doesn't keep focus without the control.

Well, that has a dorky side-effect too. Must explain
why I rely on Hide and Show.
