Is a Rotated Dimension is Horizonial or Vertical?

Hello:
How I can get to know if a Rotated Dimension is Horizonial or Vertical in
AutoCAD 2000?

also, when I open a drawing in AutoCAd 2000 which made in R14, I found the
dimension.Measurement is "" when it is associated. I have to recover it so I
can get the value by Measurement.
Is there anyway I can do without recovering?

Merry Christmas
Wes

Check the dimension's 'Rotation' property. It will give you the value in
radians.
