import text & MText from AutoCAD to Excel

Hi,

I'm trying to import text & MText from AutoCAD to Excel
I do not know much about any vba but I think some expert can help me in this.
I also need coordinates of text and text, The manual selection of the text should be only under layer of "Code" and there is no need for any other object with the text.

I am not sure what you are looking for in your post? are you looking for ready-to-use/run code, or you need some basic code sample for you to get started (to write your own code)?

The topic on getting data from AutoCAD/Excel to Excel/AutoCAD has been discussed countless times on this forum alone. Simply enter "Excel" in the search box would give you a lots of suggested previous discussions. Searching the net would find you tons of more links. Most, if not all, AutoCAD programmers probably have tried to write code to let AutoCAD and Excel work together at least once in their AutoCAD programming life.

If you want something ready to use, there are also many, many existing tools, free, or very low cost, available that work with AutoCAD and Excel together.

Hi Norman,

I have already tried searching vba code, but I did not find any code, I got the code to import text only, which I added to my Excel sheet, you can see it.
I have attached the excel file and the AutoCAD file at the moment, I only want that all the text in AutoCAD is imported with coordinates into Excel.
Can you help me in it I do not have much knowledge in vba code?
