Hello good afternoon, I would like the VBA code necessary to create a lisp that executes the hathtoback and texttofront commands both in model space and in ALL layouts. Thank you.

Why do you want to use VBA to create LISP CODE that changes entities' draw order? If you must use Lisp code to change entities' draw order, can't you just write LISP code directly (by you or who ever capable)? Or, if VBA is to be used, why not just use VBA code to change entities' draw order DIRECTLY? I do not understand what you want to archieve here.
