Fatal error initializing VBA system

Since yesterday, my AutoCAD MAP 2005 was working well, and i could use some VBA routines...then, after a windows Xp Sp2 update, every time i try to load a VBA routine, i get a .....fatal error Access violation reading..... when initializing the VBA system....

I can roll back before the patch installation, but i cant upgrade anymore...?????

Yes i did a repair, then a reinstall..no luck
